Choose Your Incision
During breast reduction surgery, you will be under anesthesia as our surgeons remove excess breast tissue, fat, and skin, and then reshape the breasts. Nipple repositioning is often done to enhance aesthetics. The choice of incision pattern depends on your anatomy and aesthetic goals. Our surgeons work to sculpt the breasts, remove excess tissue, and close the incisions to achieve smaller, uplifted, and more balanced breasts.
Anchor Incision
This method includes making an incision around the areola, extending vertically down to the breast crease, and then continuing horizontally along the crease to achieve a more comprehensive reduction.
Lollipop Incision
The lollipop technique combines a circular incision around the areola for a moderate reduction and includes a vertical incision down to the breast crease.
Donut Incision
This method involves a circular incision around the areola for smaller breast reductions, leading to fewer scars.
